I grew up in Germany and returned to \u0130stanbul to study at Bosphorous University leaving all my family back. My family always adviced two things: \u2018Study to become a respected person!\u2019 and \u2018Work hard and survive!\u2019. Looking back at my life now, I see that these advices have been an important guide to me.<\/p>\n

As advised, I studied, and actually I am still\u00a0continuously studying, learning and discovering. I have an ever lasting passion for learning, the more I learn the more I discover. I love sharing what I learn. My passion is to support people that are on their own learning and development journey. I love to be productive, to create new things, to have a positive impact on other peoples lives, and to make the world a better place to live.<\/p>\n

Also as adviced, I worked very hard, all my life! I advanced in my career rather quickly, got exhausted, questioned my life, and\u00a0took a decision for a new path. Here I am today through my passion for learning and working hard. I feel happy and fulfilled, I love my work, I love what I am doing. I am inspired by people that I meet, people that I learn from, colleagues that I work with and people & organizations that I serve. Each project, each assignment, each development program and each coaching client is an exciting new journey for me. I passionately continue to work hard!<\/p>\n

I am an executive coach and a consultant for leadership and organizational development with total 25 years professional experience in various sales, marketing, strategy and senior executive management roles. In 2014 I founded Context Professionals Corporate Coaching & Consulting with the passion to support leaders and organizations to achieve extraordinary business results. I provide this support through designing and delivering leadership and organizational development programs, through team coaching, through executive coaching, through executive mentoring and through leadership consultancy. I am a certified Zenger Folkman Consultant and facilitate the Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leadership Program. I am a\u00a0certified Deep Democracy \u0130nstructor, I am training leaders on how to become more inclusive and effective using practical tools for understanding group dynamics, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution. I am also faculty at the Gestalt Center for Coaching and also faculty in Dost Can Deniz \u2018Mastering Executive Coaching Program\u2019. Also, as a member of the coaching team of the San Francisco based company BetterUp, I coach C-level professionals from all around the world.<\/p>\n

I graduated from Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University, my professional career started in 1989 at Bilkom\/Apple Computer, I was General Manager of Xerox Turkey and spent also 2 years in London managing marketing operations for Xerox MEA&India&Russia regions. At mobile operator Avea I managed sales to corporate and public customers, I was General Manager of Turkey\u2019s leading systems integration company Datateknik. At Y\u0131ld\u0131z Holding I was General Manager for Corporate Strategy, in this role I was responsible to develop strategic plans for the businesses like Chocolate, Beverages, Godiva, and \u00dclker International.<\/p>\n

Towards my aim to support organizations I went through an intense self-development growth path while at the same time serving my clients to break past their own limits. I am an accredited Master Certified Coach (MCC) of the International Coach Federation and I have 4500+ hours of coaching experience. I am a Mastery graduate of the Gestalt Coaching Program, I also completed various other coaching programs towards coaching organizations, relationships, groups and executives. Besides the formal coaching training I have attended various workshops and trainings in Spain, Italy, South Africa, Greece and Turkey.<\/p>\n

I design and deliver leadership and organizational development programs, and deliver coaching services in Turkish, English and German.<\/p>\n
